I experienced some digestive issues after consuming this product. I'm not sure if it's the product itself or something else.

The taste is a bit bland, which can make it difficult to drink. I usually add sweeteners or flavorings to make it more palatable.

I've noticed some weight gain, but not as much as I expected. It might work better for some people than others.

While the product is effective, it's a bit on the expensive side. However, considering the quality and results, it's worth the investment.
