REPL Pilelex Drop helps provide relief in painful & bleeding piles. It is very much effective in treating swollen piles, constipation with heavy pressure in the lower part of the abdomen, constipation with violent rectal pain, bleeding & burning in anus, tearing/violent pain during & after stool, itching in the anus, internal piles and diarrhoea.

Key Ingredients:

• Muriaticum Acidum 3x

• Hamamelis Virginica 1x

• Aesculus Hippocastanum 2x

Directions For Use:
15-20 drops to be taken thrice daily with a quarter cup of water or as directed by the physician. The medicine should be not being taken in any metal pot.  Avoid spicy foods, pickle, raw onion.
