Kairali Karpasasthyadi Thailam contains Taila (Sesamum indicum), Karpasasthi (Gossypium herbaceum), Bala (Sida cordfolia), Masha (Phaseolus radiatus), Kulatha (Dolichos biflorus), Devadaru (Cedrus deodara), Bala (Sida cordfolia), and Rasna (Alpinia calcarata).
Directions to Use
Its external application includes the massaging of the head and the body with this medicated oil. It can also be administered orally with 5 – 10 mg to be taken with warm water, before food or as per the directions of an Ayurvedic doctor.
The oil can be poured into one ear. After 5 – 10 minutes, sit up and use a tissue to catch the extra oil. Lie on your side and allow the rest of the oil to drain out of the ear. This process is to be repeated with the other ear also.
