Directions for Use

• Peel off the protective paper release strip from the back of the sanitary pad.

• Position the pad firmly onto the crotch area of your underwear with the 280mm length aligned from front to back.

• Change pad every 4 to 6 hours (or sooner depending on flow density) to maintain optimal intimate hygiene.
