Sourced exclusively from ethically managed, grass-fed Sahiwal cows at Sarvadhenu Organic Farm, this ghee is valued for its rich, authentic aroma, signature grainy (danedar) texture, and superior nutritional value.
Unlike commercial brands that mass-produce ghee using machine-separated cream, Sarvadhenu cultures raw A2 milk into curd overnight, which is then hand-churned to yield pure butter before being slow-cooked to golden perfection. It takes roughly 25 to 30 liters of pure A2 milk to craft just 1 kilogram of this high-quality ghee.

Production Process: The Bilona Difference

  2. Curding: The milk is boiled and naturally cultured into yogurt (curd) overnight.
  3. Bi-directional Churning: The curd is hand-churned bi-directionally using a traditional wooden churner (bilona) to separate the fresh makkhan (butter).
  4. Slow Heating: The butter is slow-heated on a gentle, low flame for 45–60 minutes until the milk solids clear away, leaving behind clean, golden ghee.
