Dosage of Laxmi Vilas Ras (Nardiya)
One to two tablets, once in the morning, before or after food, or as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor. It is traditionally administered along with buttermilk, meat, milk, curds, alcohol (Sura), and fruit juices.
