Details

Just Organik Cow Desi Ghee is traditionally prepared using the Bilona method, an age-old process that begins with fresh cow's milk. The milk is first set into curd and then traditionally churned to separate the butter. The butter is slowly simmered until it transforms into rich, golden and aromatic ghee.

With its traditional preparation and rich flavour, Just Organik Cow Desi Ghee is ideal for bringing the taste of traditional Indian kitchens to everyday meals. Enjoy it with dal, rice, rotis, parathas, halwa and other favourite recipes.
