3. Steep: Pour hot water over the leaves and let it steep for 2 to 3 minutes.

4. Serve: Strain into a cup and enjoy hot, or steep, chill in the fridge, and serve over ice for a healthy iced tea. Leaves can be re-steeped up to 2 times.
