Our Cardamom Black Tea (Elaichi Chai) is the perfect blend for all seasons. This fragrant cup of chai is loaded with benefits that help detoxify the body, improves digestion, and pacify Pitta dosha. Also, recent studies have shown that Cardamom tea / Elaichi tea can be helpful for sugar control.

Key Ingredients   

• Assam Black Tea Leaves (Camellia Sinensis)
• Elaichi (Elettaria Cardamom) 

Directions to Use

    For loose tea:

•  Bring fresh water to boil.
• Add 2 gms of loose Cardamom Black tea (Elaichi Chai) to hot water (preferably at 98° C).
• Allow it to brew for about two minutes.
• Stir well and add milk if you like.
• Add sugar to taste.
• Strain it into a cup.
