POCT (Point Of Care) gluco spot test strips are mainly used to measure glucose in capillary whole blood outside of the body (In Vitro Diagnostic Use). Glucospot test strips are plasma calibrated to allow easy comparison of results with laboratory methods. Gluco spot blood glucose test strips (100's pack) are suitable for self-monitoring and management of blood glucose. People with diabetes can use gluco spot glucose strips along with the system to self-test their blood glucose. Healthcare professionals can also use these strips to check patients' blood glucose values and they can use it in suspected cases of diabetes and in emergency diagnostics. These no coding test strips facilitates simple usage as it does not need any type of manual coding. Gluco spot meter requires 0.5 μl (micro litre) of blood sample on a gluco spot test strip for determining blood glucose level. Test completes in approx 5 seconds and provides precise results. Test Principle : When blood is added to the gluco spot strip, the chemicals within the strip react to create a tiny electrical current.
