Baidyanath (Jhansi) Bolbaddh Ras Tablet acts as an alternative, haemostatic and astringent. It is indicated in bleeding piles, leucorrhea, raktapitta and menstrual breeding. Giloy has a laxative (agent increases the movement of the bowel) action that is helpful in treating constipation and due to the presence of hypoglycemic (agents reduces blood sugar level) action, it is helpful in treating diabetes. Kajjali is prepared by combining shuudha gandhak (sulfur) and parad (mercury). It has the ability to stimulate sexual desire.
