Amrita Punarnavadi Mandoor (Ref: Ayurveda Sara Sangrah) is a polyherbal Ayurvedic medication that is primarily used to manage kidney problems among other things. It helps regulate the functioning of kidneys and helps eliminate harmful toxins from the body. It is also useful in the management of anaemia, oedema (swelling), spleen diseases, liver diseases, abdominal distention (bloating and swelling in the abdomen), haemorrhoids, and skin diseases.
