Directions for Use

• Decoction / Kwath (Traditional Method): Boil 1 teaspoon (approx. 3g to 5g) of Amaltas pulp in 1 glass of water for 5 minutes. Strain and drink warm at bedtime for smooth morning bowel evacuation.
