Directions for Use

• Decoction / Kadha (Internal): Boil ½ to 1 teaspoon (approx. 2g to 5g) of Kachnar powder in 2 cups of water until reduced to half a cup. Strain and drink warm once or twice daily after meals.

• With Honey / Warm Water: Alternatively, mix ½ teaspoon of powder with 1 teaspoon of honey or warm water as advised by an Ayurvedic practitioner.

• Topical Paste (Skin Care): Mix ½ teaspoon with honey or rose water to form a smooth paste. Apply externally to affected acne or skin spots, leave for 15 minutes, and rinse off thoroughly.
